Stone Tucker Instruments is a leading supplier of inspection and testing equipment for the industrial sector, serving Western Canada from their location in Stony Plain. When they decided to expand their operations, they sought the expertise of Lexus Engineering to design the tenant improvement for the second half of their building.

Project Goals

The primary objective of the new space was to serve as a training area, and it was essential to have good lighting, a comfortable thermal environment, and an appealing aesthetic. The existing HVAC units, electrical panels, and rough plumbing dedicated to the new section of the building provided a solid foundation for the project.
